De Amsterdamse gitarist Anton Goudsmit is een wervelwind van creativiteit, in staat de luisteraar te fascineren met zijn verbluffende gitaarspel en tomeloze energie. Elk concert van Goudsmit is een ware happening. Voor het publiek, voor zijn bandleden, en vooral voor hemzelf.
In Brouwerij Martinus gaat hij met zijn groep Ton Petit een heel andere kant van zichzelf laten zien. Scherpzinnige en zorgvuldig uitgedachte composities worden tot leven gebracht door een drietal expressieve muzikanten. Naast Anton Goudsmit op gitaar zijn dat Sean Fasciani op bas en Tim Hennekes op drums.
Anton Goudsmits gitaarspel en composities getuigen van een bijzondere inventiviteit en originaliteit. In 2010 werd hem de prestigieuze Boy Edgar Prijs toegekend en in datzelfde jaar ontving hij het Duiveltje, de prijs voor beste Nederlandse popgitarist. De Amerikaanse topbassist Sean Fasciani is een van de meest gevraagde bassisten in Nederland. Hij speelde onder meer met Lage Lund, Reinier Baas, Mola Sylla, en Omar Ka, en is ook bandlid van BRUUT!. Drummer Tim Hennekes is een groot talent en is met zijn onuitputtelijke energie en fabelachtige techniek een belangrijk onderdeel van het Nederlandse jazzlandschap.
